Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice the French baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices, cutting diagonally.

  4. Toast the baguette slices for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each toasted crostini slice.
  7. Layer sliced strawberries and jalapenos on top of the cream cheese.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and additional honey if desired.
