  • 4 cups Strawberries hulled and chopped
For the Sweeteners
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
For the Citrus
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest optional
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and prepare fruits. Combine cranberries and strawberries with sugars and spices in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the fruit mixture into the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
  3. Blend the mixture until thick and spreadable using an immersion blender.
  4. Jar the jam into sterilized jars, leaving space at the top before sealing.
  5. Allow jars to cool for 2 hours, then refrigerate to thicken overnight.
