  • 1 tsp Baking Soda needs to be paired with buttermilk
  • 1 cup Buttermilk can swap with milk and vinegar
  • 2 cups Sugar granulated
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract optional but recommended
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest optional
For the Vibrant Swirls
  • 1 bottle Neon Gel Food Coloring for vibrant colors

Step-by-Step Instructions for Tasty Chow
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a large Bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Cream softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add egg whites and whole eggs one by one, mixing on low speed each time.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract, almond extract, and optional orange zest.
  6. Alternate adding the dry mixture and buttermilk, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
  7. Divide the batter into three bowls and color each with neon gel food coloring.
  8. Layer the colored batters in the Bundt pan and swirl with a knife for marbling.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
