  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter Olive oil as dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup Honey Maple syrup can be used as alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Can substitute with fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika for added flavor
For the Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Can substitute with dill

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down, and coat with half of the glaze.
  4. Bake the salmon for 8 minutes until it starts to turn golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, apply remaining glaze, and return the salmon to bake for another 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches 145°F.
  6. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley.
