  2. Place the cut chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Wash and prepare your veggies. Dice the fresh pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion into uniform 1-inch pieces.
  4. Preheat your grill to 400°F (medium-high heat) and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple, and diced veggies onto soaked wooden skewers, alternating ingredients.
  6. Place the assembled skewers onto the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping every 3-4 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
