  • 1 medium Cucumber Finely grate and squeeze out excess moisture before use.
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Can use any other plain yogurt, but Greek yogurt provides a thicker texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Dried dill can be used, but for best results, use fresh.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Preferably freshly squeezed for optimal flavor.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced for better distribution in the sauce.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Adjust to taste as needed.
  • 2 cups Cooked Rotisserie Chicken Can be replaced with shredded cooked chicken breast or canned chicken.
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion Diced finely for even distribution.

Directions
  1. Start by finely grating one medium cucumber. Wrap it in a paper towel and squeeze out excess moisture. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine one cup of Greek yogurt, prepared cucumber, two tablespoons of dill, juice of one lemon, and one clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Shred two cups of cooked rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the tzatziki mixture.
  4. Finely dice half a red onion and add it to the bowl. Gently fold into the mixture.
  5. Toss all the ingredients together until evenly coated with tzatziki sauce.
  6. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days.
