- Begin by heating 1 cup of filtered water to 90°C (194°F). Once heated, steep the green tea bag in the water for 4 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
- In a separate pot, bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil. Quickly add in your boba pearls, stirring gently to prevent sticking. Cook according to the package instructions until they become soft and chewy.
- If using fresh mango, peel and chop about half of a ripe mango into small chunks. For quicker preparation, substitute with 1/3 cup of mango juice.
- Grab a tall glass and add the prepared boba pearls at the bottom, about 3 tablespoons. Pour in the mango juice or fresh mango chunks, followed by the chilled green tea and milk. Stir gently to combine.
- To finish, fill your glass with ice cubes. Optionally, garnish with mint leaves or edible flowers.
