  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped Parsley can be an alternative.
For Skewering
  • 4-6 pieces Wooden or metal skewers Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill skewers for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Allow skewers to rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with cilantro.
