  2. Marinate Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a bowl, pour the marinade over, toss, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer Chicken: Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes, then thread marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Grill Chicken: Place skewers on the grill and cook for 7-10 minutes on each side until golden-brown and cooked through.
  6. Rest and Serve: Remove skewers from the grill, let them rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
